美國加州聖塔芭芭拉一間緊急護理中心爆出醜聞，多名醫護人員在診療室內拍攝TikTok，竟對著病患遺留的體液擺拍，還嘲諷這些污漬是「甜蜜禮物」，影片在網路瘋傳後引爆眾怒，涉案人員也被集體解雇。

當地媒體KTLA 5報導，這起事件發生在Sansum診所，涉事醫護圍著檢查床上的體液污漬合照，配文寫著「猜猜這是什麼東西」、「各種顏色與濃度」等嘲諷字句，另一張照片中則寫下，「記得要為醫護人員留下這樣的甜蜜禮物」。

Sutter Health醫療集團證實，該影片由一名7月底離職的前員工上傳，「我們對這種不尊重的社群媒體貼文深感憂慮，正依公司政策進行全面調查」，並強調病患信任與尊嚴始終是首要考量。

儘管影片很快被刪除，但截圖已在Reddit、Instagram等平台瘋傳，引發網友痛批醫護行為「沒人性」、「毫無專業」。事件持續發酵後，Sutter Health於3日下午宣布，所有參與拍攝的醫護人員已被解雇。
